How We Got Our Start
Every business has a story — ours just happens to start in a backyard with a few tools, a lot of ambition, and even more heart.
What began as a father's way of giving his son and friends purpose and hands-on experience handing them tools in the summer, showing them the ropes, and slipping them a few dollars for video games has grown into something much bigger. Since our humble beginnings, we've transitioned into a full-service residential contracting group proudly serving communities across greater Wisconsin.
Today, that same spirit of hard work, loyalty, and family runs through everything we do.

Elizabeth Kudick
Head of Design
Elizabeth serves as our Head of Design at KSC - and brings a level of insight, taste, and professionalism that's rare in this industry. Her boutique firm, Violet Mae Interiors, is partnered with KSC to offer our clients a seamless, full-service design experience from concept to completion. She began her career in the greater Green Bay area, where she spent five years as a lead consultant at one of the region's most respected design firms. Today, she's known for crafting spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal. Elizabeth and her team guide each client with clarity and intention ensuring every decision reflects not just the house, but the people living in it.

Alex Singleton
Head of Construction
Alex serves as our Head of Construction at KSC - though, it's a lot more personal than that for him. If you ask Alex he'd probably tell you he's had a hammer in his hand as far as he can remember. Alex's father laid the foundation for KSC, and Alex is beyond proud to take over the operation. As Head of Construction at KSC, Alex brings more than experience - he was raised on job sites, learning the trade that would one day define our company. Guided early on by his father's vision for what KSC could become, Alex has been swinging a hammer since most kids were still figuring out how to ride a bike. He personally oversees every project, working closely with our crew and with you - making sure the process feels steady, the craftsmanship holds up, and the finished result feels like home.
Myles Coleman
Head of Operations
Myles serves as our Head of Operations at KSC — bringing structure, strategy, and a client-first mindset to everything we do. Before stepping into his role at KSC, he worked extensively in brand management, overseeing business strategy and client experience for athletes at the professional level. Those years honed his ability to align people, processes, and communication — skills he now uses to guide every project we take on. Today, Myles works across every layer of the business, making sure our operations are unified, our messaging is consistent, and the client experience stays front and center.
